Rice and Milk Cleanser:
Rice acts as an excellent exfoliant and removes the dead cells from the surface of your skin. Being rich in Vitamin E it helps in nourishing the skin and makes it smooth. When you mix the rice with milk, the paste nourishes your skin. To make the mask, you will need some brown rice and half a cup of milk. Grind the rice nicely add the milk to it. Apply the mixture to your skin and carefully massage the surface in a circular motion. After it dries, cleanse it with water.
Cucumber and Aloe Vera:
When your skin gets dry, it starts to get wrinkly and make you look older. Thus you need to make sure that you retain enough moisture. Cucumber and Aloe Vera mixture are one of the best ways to retain moisture. To make the mix, you will need about 2 to 4 cucumbers, yogurt, Aloe Vera gel and some lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients and apply the mask on your face, leave the mask for about 30 minutes and wash it off to get a hydrated, healthy skin.
Honey contains antioxidants which repair the damage caused in your skin, and it also rejuvenates the surface. Honey acts as a natural moisturizer and prevents wrinkles. All you need to do is apply honey generously to your face and massage it nicely in a circular motion. Leave it for about 15 minutes and wash it off with water.
Egg face pack:
Egg white has omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, and zinc which is an excellent anti-aging agent and it tightens your skin leaving it smooth and shiny. You will need one egg white, lemon juice, and some milk cream. Mix the ingredients well and apply it on your face, leave it to dry and wash it off after it dries.
Rose water and lemon:
Rose water has excellent regenerating properties, and it provides you a relaxing effect. Mix Rosewater and lemon and slowly massage your face with the mixture in a circular motion. The massage will increase the blood circulation and reduce thread veins.
Banana is popularly known for its anti-aging properties. Banana contains many Vitamins like A, B, and E. It is also rich in potassium, iron, and zinc. Mash the banana and mix honey or milk and make it into a paste. Apply the paste as a mask on the face and leave it for about 20 to 30 minutes. Wash it off and repeat the procedure for three days a week for better results.
